2. Request a Quote

· We’ll get back to you with a personalized quote, including estimated pricing and cleaning time.

3. Schedule a Date and Time

Once you approve the quote, we'll confirm your booking by scheduling a suitable date and time for the cleaning.
We offer flexible scheduling with availability on weekdays and weekends to accommodate your schedule.
 
4. Payment

·       Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for residential cleaning and any cancellation made less than 24 hours, the deposit amount will be forfeited or otherwise agreed upon.

Payment Options: After the service is completed, remaining payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
Full payment is required after completion of the cleaning, unless otherwise agreed upon.
 
5. Service Delivery

Our professional cleaning team will arrive on time, fully equipped with eco-friendly products and tools.
The cleaning will be completed as per the service details confirmed during the booking.
 
6. Feedback and Follow-Up

Once the service is finished, we encourage you to provide feedback so we can ensure your satisfaction.
If any area needs further attention, we’ll address it promptly.
 
For Commercial Cleaning:

 
1. Request a Site Visit

Site Visit: For commercial cleaning, we require a site visit to assess the size of the property, specific cleaning needs, and the frequency required.
A member of our team will schedule a visit at your convenience to inspect the facility and gather all necessary details for a customized quote.
 
2. Determine Service Frequency

Based on the site assessment, we will discuss the frequency of service: whether it's a daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning schedule.
We can tailor the cleaning routine based on the size of the property, foot traffic, and your specific requirements.
 
3. Request a Quote

After the site visit, you’ll receive a customized quote that includes:
The cost for each cleaning session
The frequency of services
Estimated hours per session
You’ll also receive an agreement that details the terms of service.
 
4. Schedule and Confirm

Once you approve the quote, we’ll schedule your commercial cleaning service to begin on a specified date and time.
We can also schedule follow-up visits for specific areas that may require additional attention.
 
5. Payment Terms

For commercial clients, payment terms may include:
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly invoicing
Payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or cheque
Late Payment Fee: A fee may apply if payments are not received within the agreed timeframe (typically 14 days).
Payment can be made after the completion of each cleaning cycle.
 
6. Cancellation Charges

Notice of cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a commercial cleaning appointment, we request 48 hours' notice.
Cancellation Fee: A fee may apply if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning.
Fees will be clearly outlined in the agreement prior to booking.
 
7. Service Delivery

On the scheduled date, our team will arrive on-site and conduct the cleaning as per the agreed-upon terms.
Our commercial cleaning team will ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard, including offices, break rooms, bathrooms, and other common areas.
 
8. Feedback and Ongoing Service

After the cleaning, we will follow up with you to ensure you are happy with the results.
We will also set up an ongoing cleaning schedule based on your preferences and the needs of your facility.
